Registration

This guide walks you through the registration process for CTWise after subscribing through AWS Marketplace.

Prerequisites​

  • An AWS account
  • An active CTWise subscription from AWS Marketplace

Registration Flow​

Step 1: Subscribe on AWS Marketplace​

  1. Visit the CTWise listing on AWS Marketplace
  2. Click Continue to Subscribe
  3. Review the pricing and terms
  4. Click Subscribe

Step 2: Set Up Your Account​

After subscribing, you'll be redirected to the CTWise registration page.

  1. Fill in your details:

    • Email address (will be your login)
    • Company name
    • Your name

  2. Create your password:

    • Minimum 8 characters
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character

  3. Accept the Terms of Service

  4. Click Create Account

Step 3: Verify Your Email​

  1. Check your email inbox for a verification code
  2. Enter the 6-digit code on the verification page
  3. Click Verify

Step 4: Complete Setup​

Once verified, you'll be logged into your CTWise dashboard where you can:

  • Generate your first API key
  • Explore the API Playground
  • Review your subscription tier

AWS Marketplace Integration​

Your CTWise account is automatically linked to your AWS Marketplace subscription:

When you subscribe, you select a pricing tier:

You can upgrade your tier at any time through AWS Marketplace.

Troubleshooting​

If you see "Registration link expired":

  1. Return to AWS Marketplace Console
  2. Find your CTWise subscription
  3. Click Set up your account again

Email Not Received​

If you don't receive the verification email:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Ensure the email address is correct
  3. Click Resend Code on the verification page

Already Registered​

If you've already registered and need to log in:

  1. Go to https://app.orchestraprime.ai
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your email and password
